This  Privacy   Policy  applies  solely  to   information   collected   through   the   web   site   located   at Kautilya Law Institute application (collectively, the web site and the app shall be referred to as the "Platform"); whether  accessed  via  computer,  mobile  device  or  other  technology.  The  Platform  is  operated  by Kautilya Law Institute, who is the data controller.
 
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. In case you choose to decline to submit personally identifiable information on the Site, we may not be
able to provide certain services on the Site to you. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the same at the time of opening your account. In any case, we will not be liable and or responsible for the denial of certain services to you for lack of you providing the necessary personal information.
 
When  you  register  with  the  platform  i.e.  Kautilya Law Institute,  we  contact  you  from  time  to  time  about updating of your personal information to provide the users such features that we believe may benefit

While on the platform based on advertisements the user might have the opportunity to opt-in to receive information/advertisements/marketing offers from 3rd party advertisers. While social information of the platform  shall  be  shared  with  the  3rd  party  and  if you  agree  to  have  your  information  share,  the information shall be disclosed to the 3rd party and the information disclosed shall be subject to the privacy policy and terms respective to that 3rd party.

These  include  internal  reviews of  our  data  collection, storage  and  processing  practices  and  security  measures,  including  appropriate  encryption  and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.  All  information  gathered  on  the  platform  i.e.  Kautilya Law Institute is  securely  stored  within  the “company’s”   controlled   database.   The   database   is   stored   on   cloud   server(To   be   filled   by Kautilya Law Institute about information on how the user data is stored and how is it protected for ex: in Spotify they secure the data on an internal database and use firewall and encryption to secure users data). However, as effective as our security measures are, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. And, of course, any information you
